A prototype proves an idea—not the whole system

Early prototypes are excellent for making an idea concrete. They help teams test a journey, gather reactions, and discover what the product should become. But the fastest route to a convincing demo is rarely the same route to dependable software.

Before extending the product, we review its structure, data handling, dependencies, access controls, and the assumptions hidden behind the interface.

Keep the insight, strengthen the foundation

The goal is not to discard useful prototype work. It is to preserve what has been learned while deciding deliberately what can stay, what needs reinforcement, and what should be rebuilt.

From there, a maintainable architecture, sensible testing, security review, and a clear release path turn momentum into a product a business can rely on.
